Bingham, Mann, House & Gibson is a member of The Council on Ethical Billing (CEB), an alliance of select attorneys, law firms, insurance companies, risk managers and general counsel of some of the nation’s largest businesses, coming together to promote high levels of performance and ethics in defense litigation. Selected risk managers, general counsel, and insurance executives are Fellows of the Council. Their input serves as the primary source for selection of Member Attorneys and Firms.

Attorneys and law firms must be nominated by a Council Fellow in order to become members of the CEB. Selection of attorneys and law firms to the Council by Fellows is indicative of their reputation for performance, ethics and professional commitment to the community and diversity.
