Rick Gibson, a Partner with the firm, has tried a variety of types of cases, including serious bodily injury, contract, construction, product liability, wrongful discharge, fraud, insurance coverage, antitrust, deceptive practices, and other commercial lawsuits, and has extensive experience in both state and federal courts throughout Texas. He has also represented companies in dealings with government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the Immigration and Naturalization Service and state regulatory bodies. His practice has included substantial work in the areas of antitrust, indemnity and energy law. His background is varied as well. Before pursuing a legal career, he was first a newspaper reporter and editor, and later served on a church staff as youth minister and assistant pastor.

Mr. Gibson was born June 19, 1958, in Olney, Illinois.
