Sam Veenstra, originally of Kansas City, Missouri, graduated Cum Laude from Houston’s South Texas College of Law in December 2004 and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in May 2005.  Sam is also licensed in the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Federal Districts Courts in the State of Texas.  Sam represents numerous home owners’ associations in claims involving property disputes.  Sam also represents corporate and non-profit clients in lawsuits involving products liability, premises liability, commercial claims, and general liability litigation in Texas’s various state and federal courts.  While in law school Sam served as an Articles Editor and Board Member on the South Texas Law Review and received writing honors at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.  Prior to law school, Sam completed his undergraduate work at Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri in 1998, and went on to become manager at an industrial manufacturing plant outside St. Louis, Missouri.  Sam is a member of Defense Research Institute-The Voice of the Defense Bar, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Texas Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association.  In addition to his professional activities, Sam is an active freshwater and saltwater fisherman and golfer.

Mr. Veenstra was born in Kansas City, Missouri, January 21, 1977.
